PROGRAM - MAY 2024

Thursday 23rd May

Arrival day

  • From 15.00 - Check-in at the hotels in central Malmö
  • 19.30 - Casual dinner at one of the nice restaurants in Malmö within walking distance from the hotels.

    Friday 24th

    Sturup Raceway

    A great day at the Sturup Raceway


    Morning sessions


    • 07.00 - Enjoy yor breakfast at the hotel. Allow for a 30 min drive from the hotels in central Malmö to Sturup Raceway
    • 09.00 – 11.00 - Registration and event check-in for Drivers & Co-drivers, Passengers and Hangarounds. 
    • 11.00 - Welcome & Mandatory driver briefing - All participants.
    • 12.00 - Lunch is open

    Afternoon sessions


    • 12.00 - 17.00 Driving in 3 groups with 20 min sessions. Later open pitlane
    • Approx 15.00  - 15 minutes track session for Hangarounds with guided driving
    • 17.00 - End of the trackday


    Evening session


    • 18.30 - Our private bus leaves the hotels for JP´s Skanör, a cosy and relaxed restaurant reserved for only us, right on waterfront of Skanörs Harbour. It´s a 30 min busstrip.
    • Approx. 23.00 - Buss leaves for our hotels in Malmö.

    Saturday 25th

    Touringday - Denmark

    The touring day takes us over the bridge to the Danish side, thru the city of Copenhagen and on some great roads and stops during the day

     

    • 06.30  - Early breakfast leaving the hotel latest by 08.15 to make it to Stop 1. If you prefere you can leave the hotel at 09.00 to meet up at Stop 2.
    • 09.00 - Stop 1 - St Annes Plads in the middle of Copenhagen catching up with some of the danish guys.
    • 10.00 - 12.00 - Stop 2 - We are joning a great Copenhagen Cars & Coffey at the legendary AJ Tanken (a petrol station design by the world renowed danish architect and designers Arne Jacobsen). This great C&C is held every Saturday at 10.00 in the summer.
    • 12.30 - Stop 3 - Lunch at the great Classic Car House car hotel & museum which open in the summer of 2023 last summer.  A fantastic location created by the famous danish automotive family K.W. Bruun.
    • 14.00 - Great driving on some dansh roads and also a visit to the fantastic Louisiana Museum of Modern Art (also world renowed)  



    Evening sessions


    • 19.00-ish - After drive beers and relaxed dinner within walking distance from the hotels in central Malmö. 

    Sunday 26th

    Ring Knutstorp


    Morning sessions


    • 06.30 - Quick & early breakfast - If you stay the hotesl in Malmö, allow for a 50 min drive to Knutstorp.
    • 07.00 - Gates are open. Enjoy a second morning coffee!
    • 07.30 - Track walk for those who like
    • 08.30 - Mandatory driver briefing - Drivers & Co-drivers.
    • 09.00 – 12.00 - Diving starts divided in 3 groups with 20 min sessions. Detailed program available upon check-in.

    Lunch break


    • 12.00 - 13.00 - Lunch open 
    • 12.30 - Hangaround guided driving session


    Afternoon sessions


    • 13.00 - 16.30 - Driving sessions + open pitlane. Detailed program available upon check-in.
    • 16.30 - End of ther trackday  - Thanks & goodbye
